Here are the main terms of payment for CrazyBox.am site and other transactions. These terms are set out to regulate customer relationships. These terms may be updated at our discretion.
DELIVERY TERMS:
Delivery is:
- By post
In this case the delivery is free of charge throughout the Republic of Armenia through Haypost CJSC organization. Delivery within 1 to 2 business days in Yerevan and 2 to 4 business days outside Yerevan.
- Via sender
If you want your parcel to arrive in a timely manner, it is advisable to use the shipping service.
The shipping cost is 1000 AMD. This delivery is only available in Yerevan. The order arrives the same or the next day, depending on the time of order processing.
However, if you want the order to reach Urgent place within 2 hours, it will cost 3000 drams.
PAYMENT MEANS:
Payment can be made in two ways: online or in person. Online payment is made at the time of order registration using the payment methods available on the website. The following payment methods are available on the site: IDram, ArCa, Visa and Master Card.
CANNOT BE IN THE BOXES:
- Animals alive or dead
- hazardous / hazardous / fast combustible substances,
- drugs, medication,
- weapons, ammunition, firearms (including parts),
RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS
- The organization is responsible for the quality of shipment, the prescribed period and the preservation of the goods during the shipment, as well as the material damage.
- Responsible for lost, undelivered and unreachable orders.
- Attached to the parcel is a cash register receipt, in which after the payment of the full amount and shipping fee the order is deemed shipped and confirmed by the signature of the customer.
- All ordered parcel records are stored in our system and are the basis for disputed situations.
- The organization is not responsible if Haypost CJSC in the relevant section there is clear information about the shipment of the ordered item to the post office.
- The organization is not responsible for sending or delivering the parcel to a third party due to incorrect order fulfillment by the customer.
- The organization is not responsible for any parcel delays that occurred at Haypost CJSC / a> due to inaccurate work.
- The company is not responsible for the cases of parcel delays caused by inaccurate work of Haypost CJSC.
- An entity reserves the right to make changes to the terms of all sections of this section without giving any explanation and / or warning.
- The agreement accepted and approved by the client and the organization is the basis for filing in court.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS AND RETURN OF MONEY
The Customer may request refunds or exchange of goods if the box contains any of the items included in any of the subheadings of the “Can’t Be in Boxes” of this document or if the shipped item is damaged.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The materials on this site are provided for your personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transferred, licensed or otherwise exploited for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
PRIVACY POLICY
CrazyBox is committed to protecting and protecting the privacy of customer data. The personal information collected is used for delivery and service quality improvement and may be transmitted to a third party only in cases provided by the RA Law on Protection of Personal Data.
